NAZARETH NUESTRO HOGAR, REINA GLORÍFICATE Capítulo General del Instituto de Familias de Schoenstatt
SCHOENSTATT, rmj. El domingo 16 de julio el Instituto de Familias de Schoenstatt inició su VI Capitulo General, que dio comienzo con una misa en el Santuario del Instituto Nuestra Señora de Schoenstatt.
Fue en ese lugar que el 7 de enero de 1968 el Padre proclamara a las familias del primer curso: ¡Nueva obra terminada, Deo gratias! Ahí renovaron todos juntos su contrato consagración en el Aniversario de la Fundación. Seguidamente, en ese santuario surgió una atmósfera festiva con cantos y narraciones sobre acontecimientos de su fundación. Cantos en francés, alemán, español, portugués, inglés y checo no querían poner fin a la ceremonia. También las familias capitulares pudieron saludar a gente de Venezuela, Ecuador, Bélgica, Paraguay y de las inmediaciones de Schoenstatt.
Una peregrinación histórica
El domingo por la tarde en el santuario del Instituto de Haus Nazareth dieron comienzo a la primera estación de una histórica peregrinación. Desde el santuario de las familias partieron rezando y cantando pasando por la ermita que está junto a la Casa de las Familias y de ahí a la ermita del Instituto en el monte Nazareth. En el camino los acompañó el nuevo Libro de Familia, el cetro y la corona del santuario del Instituto. De allí fueron a la sala capitular.
Al comienzo de la sesión capitular, el Sr. Nuño, Superior General, hizo un amplio recorrido desde el último Capítulo General. A continuación, las demás familias superioras informaron sobre su trabajo y sus tareas. A lo largo de las dos primeras sesiones, cada Región y cada Delegación expuso con entusiasmo la vida de sus respectivas comunidades.
El 18, día de Alianza, celebraron la santa misa en la Iglesia de peregrinos con la Familia de Schoenstatt del lugar, en la que concelebraron once sacerdotes junto al Padre Horacio Sosa Carbó. Fue una eucaristía preparada por familias capitulares, en la que un coro compuesto por padres e hijos del Instituto entonó canciones en varios idiomas. Al finalizar la misma, partieron en procesión hacia el santuario original con banderas de numerosos lugares del mundo, así como también con la estatua de la Sagrada Familia y la gran cruz de la unidad. Fue un encuentro familiar junto a muchos peregrinos.
Las familias del Instituto agradecen cordialmente por las oraciones que los acompañan y por las contribuciones al Capital de Gracias por el Capítulo.

NAZARETH, unsere Heimat: Königin, verherrliche dich! Generalkapitel des Instituts der Schönstatt-Familien
SCHOENSTATT, rmj. Am Sonntag, 16. Juli, hat das Institut der Schönstatt-Familien sien VI. Generalkapitel eröffnet; Auftakt war eine Messe im Heiligtum der Frauen von Schönstatt.
Hier war es, wo Pater Kentenich am 7. Januar 1968 mit den Familien des ersten Kurses das Institut der Schönstatt-Familien für neu gegründet erklärte. An diesem historischen Ort und an diesem historischen Tag, dem Gründungstag des Familienwerkes, erneuerten alle Familien, die zum Kapitel angereist waren, ihren Kontrakt. Es entstand eine festliche Atmosphäre bei den Liedern und Erzählungen über Ereignisse der Gründungszeit. Lieder in Französisch, Deutsch, Spanisch, Portugiesisch, Englisch und Tschechisch wechselten ab, und die Feier wollte kein Ende finden. Die Kapitelsfamilien wurden begrüßt von Familien des Instituts aus Venezuela, Ecuador, Belgien, Paraguay und aus der Umgebung Schönstatts.

Eine geschichtsträchtige Wallfahrt
Am Sonntagnachmittag war die erste Station einer “Geschichts-Wallfahrt” in der Kapelle in Haus Nazareth. Vom Heiligtum der Familien aus ging es dann singend und betend hinauf zur Bildstock beim Haus der Familien – von Pater Kentenich 1966 gesegnet – und von dort zum Bildstock des Instituts auf Berg Nazareth. Auf dem Weg wurden das neue Familienbuch mitgetragen, ebenso Zepter und Krone des Instituts. Abschluss war im Kapitelssaal.
Zu Beginn der Sitzungen des Kapitels zeigte Herr Nuño, Generaloberer, den Weg seit dem letzten Generalkapitel auf. Danach informierten die Regionlaoberen über ihre Arbeit. Während der beiden ersten Sessionen des Kapitels hat jede Region und Delegation dann voller Begeisterung das Leben der jeweiligen Gemeinschaften vorgestellt.
Am Bündnistag feierten die Kapitelsfamilien die Bündnismesse mit der Schönstattfamlie; 11 Priester konzelebrierten mit Pater Horacio Sosa Carbó. Die Gestaltung hatten Familien und Jugendliche der Kapitelsgemeinschaften übernommen. Am Schluss der Messe ging es in Prozession zum Urheiligtum – mit Fahnen aus aller Welt, der Statue der Heiligen Familie und dem Kreuz der Einheit. Es war ein Familientreffen.-
Die Familien des Instituts danken aus ganzem Herzen für alle Gebete, die sie begleiten, und für alle Beiträge zum Gnadenkapital.

The General Chapter of the Schoenstatt Institute of Families

SCHOENSTATT,rmj. On Sunday, July 16^th, the Schoenstatt Institute of Families began its 6^th General Chapter with a Mass in the chapel of the Institute of Our Lady of Schoenstatt. It was in this very same chapel, on January 7, 1968, that all the families of the first course of the institute sealed their contract of consecration on the Institute’s Founding Anniversary. Father Kentenich then proclaimed: “A new work is finished, Deo gratias! (Thanks be to God!)” Following the convocation Mass, a huge celebration began in the shrine. Everyone was full of joy, and all began singing and telling stories about the founding of the Institute and all the events and acts of Divine Providence that helped it come to be. No one wanted the celebration to end, as songs in French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, English, and Czech continued to rise in thanks to God and the Blessed Mother. The Chapter families also greeted and welcomed people from Venezuela, Ecuador, Belgium, Paraguay and the surrounding areas of Schoenstatt.

A historic pilgrimage

In the afternoon, the 6^th Chapter group began a historic pilgrimage. Their first stop was at the Shrine of the Institute of the Nazareth House. They left the Family Shrine praying and singing and made their way to the wayside shrine near the Family House. From there, they continued on to the wayside shrine of the Institute on Mount Nazareth. As they went, they carried with them the new Book of the Family, the scepter, and the crown from the Institute Shrine. Finally, they arrived at the Chapter Hall.

At the opening of the chapter session, Mr. Nuno, Superior General of the Institute of Families, presented a broad summary of news and events that had taken place since the last General Chapter. Then, the other superior families gave reports about their ongoing work. Throughout the two first sessions, each Region and Delegation enthusiastically described what was happening in the lives of their respective communities.

On the 18^th, Covenant Day, the group celebrated Holy Mass in the Pilgrim Church with the Schoenstatt Family of the area. Eleven priests were co-celebrants along with Father Horacio Sosa Carbo. It was a Eucharistic celebration that many chapter families helped to plan and prepare; for instance, fathers and sons prepared songs in several languages and served as the choir for the Mass. Afterwards, the whole group processed to the Original Shrine, holding flags from many different countries and carrying the statue of the Holy Family, along with the large Unity Cross. It was wonderful family event that had a great number of pilgrims join in as well.
